Off-Highway Equipment covers a wide range of vehicles and implements.  They may vary in size from the small lawn tractor to the gigantic cranes and mining equipment.  The power levels of this equipment vary from 5 H.P. to 1200 H.P. The implements can also vary in size from fifty pounds to several tons.

Prairie Engineering staff has been involved with off-highway equipment contract design projects for many years. Vehicles included in the off-highway equipment category are heavy vehicles, light vehicles and agricultural implements.
